摘要: Broadband near-infrared luminescence covering 900 to 1600 nm has been observed in Bi-doped oxyfluoride silicate glasses. The partial substitution of fluoride for oxide glasses leads an increase the intensity and lifetime blue-shift emission peaks. Both show visible with blue, green, orange red bands when excited by ultra-violet light. Careful investigation on properties indicates that change is related optical basicity, phonon energy glass matrix crystal field around Bi active centers. These results offer a valuable way control materials may find some applications fiber amplifier laser.
