摘要: Plant-based protein sources are generally less variable in chemical composition than animal-based sources. However, relatively few data available on the nutrient digestibilities of plant-based by companion animals. The effects including selected soybean dog diets digestion at ileum and total tract, as well fecal characteristics, were evaluated. Six used: meal (SBM), Soyafluff 200W (soy flour), Profine F (traditional aqueous-alcohol extracted soy concentrate [SPC 1]), E (extruded SPC 2]), Soyarich I (modified molecular weight 3]), poultry (PM). All extruded kibbled. Test ingredients varied CP fat contents; however, formulated to be isonitrogenous isocaloric. Nutrient intakes similar, except for dietary fiber (TDF), which was lower (P < 0.01) dogs fed PM diet. Apparent ileal DM, OM, fat, TDF not different among treatments; digestibility terminal higher containing PM. Total tract greater protein-containing treatments. amino acid ileum, excluding methionine, threonine, alanine, glycine, Dogs had outputs (g asis feces/g DMI) SF diet, SBM tended 0.11) have diet 0.03) SPC-containing diets. Fecal scores reflected nonstructural carbohydrate contents fraction. Soy utilized prior offers a viable alternative source dry, canine
