The dust may inflict a considerable damage to psychological, spiritual discomfort neighboring peoples. Therefore, trouble have been increasing. Nevertheless, in our country, adequate guidelines are not yet established because lack basic data insufficient research works. In this point, study has researched its level by conducting interview-survey which utilizing questionnaire-paper asking those staffs workers answer field, order grasp extent actual condition effect response against field. As result, occurring rate was appeared high compare other constructing processes, due utilization equipment that operating at fundamental stage, it turned out presently proper countermeasure training site insufficient. solution mean that, considered better operation such as installation facilities occurrence-restraint scattering, frequent sprinkling water, use thermostat-covers, well methods be minimized occurrence must contrived through education an attention how site.
