摘要: In rotavirus infection, T CD4 lymphocytes are important because they stimulate Blymphocytes to produce protective IgA antibodies. The principal aim of this work was characterize human specific cells. Using bioinformatics, 39 peptides predicted be restricted by HLA DRB1;0101 were selected. Cytokine production PBMC obtained from healthy adults, previously genotyped, evaluated after stimulation with pools peptides. To identify individual peptides, deconvoluted. Selected assembled soluble molecules form tetramers. DR1 adults and children stained tetramers, antibodies against migration differentiation markers. Moreover, intestinal mononuclear cells isolated evaluate cytokine cells, cell lines stain the Three identified recognized in context DRB1;0101. derived two structural one non-structural proteins. Cell generated these specifically responded re-stimulation Results also showed that enriched antigenexperienced expressed Comparison those for influenza tetanus toxoid producing only IFN-?, whereas multifunctional
