摘要: Sustainable Management of Agricultural Research and Technology Dissemination (SMARTD) is a national program organized by Indonesian Agency for Development (IAARD), The Ministry Agriculture the Republic Indonesia. It provides funding to increase research capacity in all units under IAARD. Because large scope this program, good monitoring evaluation system needed ensure its effectiveness. A web-based application proposed complement existing manual system. Design Thinking method SCRUM are used as approach develop This was developed using PHP 5 with Code Igniter framework database MySQL. has successfully implemented IAARD running smoothly daily reporting
