摘要: Types of T-cell responses are categorized on the basis a limited number molecular markers selected using priori knowledge about immunobiology. We sought to develop novel systems-based approach for creation an unbiased framework enabling assessment antigenic-peptide specific in vitro. A meta-analysis transcriptome data from PBMCs stimulated with wide range peptides identified patterns gene regulation that provided classification types antigen-specific responses. Further analysis yielded new insight processes engaged following antigenic stimulation. This led instance identification transcription factors not previously studied context differentiation. Taken together this profiling can serve as characterization and foundation development immune assays.
