摘要: Abstract Effect of silicon dioxide (silica) addition into titanium oxide (titania) films on crystallinity and photo-induced hydrophilicity was investigated. Titania titania–silica mixed with 20% or 50% silica were prepared by spin-coating deposition. For the titania films, is only observed in anatase polycrystalline structure. however, despite these showing no obvious structure, very strong observed. Particularly, even super-hydrophilicity where contact angle shows 0° easily for silica. The correlates closely crystalline In synergistic effects structure water-trapping effect are important their hydrophilicity.
