摘要: The dose-dependent effects of morphine on odor conditioning in rats were examined two experiments. Subjects received one paired with either a low dose (0.5 mg/kg; Experiment 1A) or high (10.0 1B), alternating another saline. In 1A, subjects spent significantly more time over the morphine-paired than saline-paired spatial-odor preference test (odor preference). 1B, less aversion). 2, pairing an mg/kg) produced conditioned analgesic response, measured by paw-lick latency. These studies demonstrate that may serve as effective stimulus to which motivational and can be conditioned.
