摘要: A novel polyamine microsphere, prepared from the water-in-oil emulsion of polyethylenimine, was characterized. The investigation scanning electron microscopy showed that microsphere is a regular ball with smooth surface. diameter distribution 0.37–4.29 μm. isoelectric point 10.6. can adsorb proteins through co-effect electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions. Among tested, highest value adsorption 127.8 mg·g−1 obtained lipase. In comparison other proteins, force more important in promoting preferentially lipase an even mixture proteins. optimum temperature pH for selective by 35 °C 7.0.
