摘要: Magnetic microgels with pH- and thermo-responsive properties were developed from the pectin maleate, N-isopropyl acrylamide, Fe3O4 nanoparticles. The hybrid materials characterized by infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope coupled X-ray energy dispersive wide angle scattering, Zeta potential, magnetization hysteresis measurements. Curcumin (CUR) was loaded into microgels, release assays carried out in simulated environments (SGF SIF) at different conditions of temperature (25 or 37°C). A slow sustainability CUR achieved under external magnetic field influence. Loaded displayed stability, bioavailability greater solubility regarding free CUR. Besides, cytotoxicity showed that without could suppress Caco-2 cells growth. So, be tailored to elicit hybrid-based satisfactory application medical arena.
