摘要: A multicenter study for monitoring antimicrobial drug resistance in clinical isolates of the familyEnterobacteriaceae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus andEnterococcus species central Europa conducted by Study Group Bacterial Resistance Paul-Ehrlich-Society Chemotherapy has been ongoing since 1975. Between 1975 and 1995 susceptibility data on almost 60,000 bacteria, which were isolated sampled under a common protocol laboratories from Austria, Germany Switzerland, collected. These bacterial known respective investigators to have caused infections. From mid-80s none examined showed an increase resistance. The frequency klebsiellae andStaphylococcus aureus some antibiotics even declined. In 1990 particularly 1995, clear number antibiotic-organism pairs was observed. rates fluoroquinolones increased all investigation. InEscherichia coli ampicillin, co-trimoxazole gentamicin remarkable. imipenem inP. aeruginosa. cephalosporins, other hand, remained largely unchanged gram-negative bacilli. prevalence oxacillin 1.7 12.9% inS. 15.8 55.8% coagulase-negative staphylococci, whereas staphylococcal enterococcal glycopeptides still rare.
