摘要: Abstract Progesterone levels in fore milk, determined by a highly specific radioimmunoassay, were compared for the assessment of estrus veteran herdsman and an experienced inseminator, cows presented insemination. In addition, examination was made relative accuracy using milk progesterone determination pregnancy at 24, 40 44 days after insemination, as with rectal palpation 45–50 post-breeding. Fat-free similar to jugular plasma 24 post-insemination reached roughly 60% level unextracted this time. Accuracy diagnosis herdsman, inseminator 84%, 93% 96%, respectively. For diagnosis, 85 showed 78% predicting 100% non-pregnancy. At false positives dropped 10% only 7% incorrectly diagnosed pregnant. The study largely due embryonic mortality reflected abnormal intervals return estrus. Two determinations, either or ensure maximum reliability early diagnosis.
