摘要: Abstract Sixty-one patients with focal defects on colloid liver scan and two infrahepatic mass lesions were studied 67gallium citrate. Definite accumulation of the radionuclide was noted in 23 30 hepatic cancer –11 12 hepatocellular carcinoma, four nine metastatic adenocarcinoma, squamous-cell malignant melanoma, Hodgkin's disease, one undifferentiated carcinoma hepatoblastoma. The tracer poorly taken up by five adenocarcinomas carcinoid. Four six abscess cirrhosis also had appreciable gallium lesions.
