摘要: One hundred and two patients were treated for primary adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix over a ten-year period from 1973 to 1982. Of these, 51 underwent initial surgical management that included pelvic para-aortic lymphadenectomy with radical hysterectomy or staging operation. Clinical lesion size, grade, depth stromal invasion correlated lymph node metastasis survival. The incidence positive nodes was 14.6% stage I 40.0% II. Positive documented in none 15 lesions smaller than 2 cm, 16.7% (five 30) 4 82.3% six) larger cm; 5.3% grade 1 tumors, 11.1% 2, 50.0% 3. There no metastases (zero tumor had less mm, whereas found (two 18) 5 mm invasion, 28.6% seven) 10 57.1% (four greater invasion. Five-year survival 82.9% 42.9% II patients; 91.7% negative nodes, 10% (P .0001). size .0001), .05), .05) patient survival.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
