摘要: The present case report describes the presence of a persistent dysarthria and dysphagia as consequence surgical intervention for choroid plexus papilloma (CPP). WM was nine year ten month old male who at time study seven years post-surgery. A comprehensive perceptual instrumental test battery used to document nature incorporating all components speech production including respiration, phonation, resonance, articulation, prosody. evaluated through use videofluoroscopic evaluation swallowing (VFS). Assessments confirmed LMN dysarthria, marked by deficits in Dysphagia assessment revealed oral preparatory, pharyngeal stages swallow. this has number important implications management children undergoing surgery fourth ventricle CPPs, particular need appropriate treatment, well counselling prior possible negative outcomes related swallowing.
