摘要: The phase noise of a quartz crystal resonator working at liquid helium temperatures is studied. Measurement methods and the device environment are explained. measured for different resonance modes, excitation levels, amount operating time, orientations in relation to cryocooler vibration axis, temperatures. Stability limits frequency source based on such devices evaluated present measurement conditions. sources flicker white noises identified. Finally, results compared with previous works.
