摘要: This study was focused on finding of effective carriers suitable for the immobilization cellulase. Copolymers N-vinylformamide (NFV) and divinylbenzene (DVB) were synthesized by free radical crosslinking polymerization in inverse suspension. Methyl silicone oil used as continuous phase. Three polymeric based P(NVF-co-DVB) with varying degrees spherical particles different grain sizes obtained. The formamide groups these hydrolyzed to amino groups, yielding three P(VAm-co-DVB) polymers vinylamine units. Enzyme, cellulase (Novozym® 476), immobilized onto (through glutaraldehyde) vinylformamide (without glutaraldehyde). efficiency enzyme determined enzymatic activity during catalytic reaction relative that native enzyme. All tested found be However, P(VAM-co-DVB0.27)/2000/350 carrier higher than In addition, two molecular spectroscopy methods, Fourier-transform absorption infrared (FT-IR) Raman (FT-Raman), analyze carriers. These studies provided complete information regarding structure studied copolymers.
