摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin light-emitting apparatus having high light extracting efficiency. In this apparatus, active layer formed near has strong peak side direction radiation characteristic optical strength, reflection gentle slope steep order With configuration, miniaturization can be realized by two surfaces slope, mainly radiated reflected thus, incident angle made smaller than critical with respect efficiency improved.
