摘要: A simple sequential injection (SI) system with capability to determine multi-parameter has been developed for the determination of iron, manganese, phosphate and ammonium. compact colorimeter was fabricated in laboratory be employed as a detector. The optimized suitable conditions determining each parameter by changing software program without reconfiguration hardware. Under optimum conditions, methods showed linear ranges 0.2-10 mg L(-1) iron manganese determinations, 0.3-5.0 ammonium correlation coefficients 0.9998, 0.9973, 0.9987 0.9983, respectively. provided detection limits 0.01, 0.14, 0.004 0.02 ammonium, proposed good precision, low chemical consumption high throughput. It applied monitoring water quality Ping river Chiang Mai, Thailand. Recoveries analysis were obtained range 82-119%.
