摘要: Pharmacological and histological studies of ten new amides kynurenic acid revealed that N-(2-N,N-dimethylaminoethyl)-4-oxo-1H-quinoline-2-carboxamide hydrochloride has effective neuroprotective properties. Namely, this molecule is: (1) proved to be an inhibitor excitatory synaptic transmission in the CA1 region hippocampus both vitro ex vivo studies, (2) four vessel occlusion model transient global forebrain ischaemia, measuring rate hippocampal pyramidal cell loss preservation long-term potentiation at Schaffer collateral-CA1 synapses, potential was represented. administration significantly diminished preserved LTP expression.
