摘要: Herbage and stratified soil samples from a previously grazed calf pasture were collected regularly over 12 month period (October 1979 to September 1980). Infective larvae of cattle Ostertagia spp (OL3) present on each occasion depth at least 15 cm. Analysis the vertical distribution OL3 suggested possible downward migration during winter, followed by an upward trend in spring summer. The number root mat august 1980 was estimated as 6.4 x 10(6) per hectare, similar figure that for previous November (6.6 10(6)) despite absence contamination this period.
