摘要: The ensemble electromyogram (EMG) patterns associated with different walking cadences were examined in 11 normal subjects. Five muscle groups studied: the rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, lateral hamstring, tibialis anterior and soleus muscles of right lower extremity. myoelectric signals telemetered, full-wave rectified smoothed. Subjects walked at 115, 95 75 steps/min. Footswitches indicated phases stride. Six or more strides per subject averaged for each cadence. Cadence-related changes (1) mean EMG amplitude during stance, swing, (2) shape patterns, analyzed. One-way repeated-measures analyses variance on stance swing revealed significant cadence (P less than 0.05) all examined. magnitude these could be related to mechanical function involved. generally remained similar cadences. timing activity was closely normalized stride time invariant
