摘要: Diseases are a major constraint to the successful cultivation of faba bean, chickpea, lentil, and pea. The diseases include damping-off, wilt root rots, spots blights, rusts, mildews, although viruses nematodes also affect these crops. These have been controlled through biological, chemical, physical methods, biological methods that host-plant resistance received most attention. Thus far, only limited efforts made on integrated control diseases. potential their scope for use in both developing developed countries highlighted. Integrated packages resistant/tolerant cultivars, healthy seeds, improved cultural practices, seed foliar treatments, agents outlined controlling economically important need management emphasized.
