摘要: The present invention provides novel organic compounds of formula (I) or (Ia): which may be inhibitors a selective subset kinases belonging to the AGC calmodulin kinase family, such as for example PKD-1/2/3, histone deacetylase (HDAC) phosphorylation, other kinases. selectivity would depend on structural variation thereof, and treatment disorder disease mediated by those selected family These can used treat various PKD associated states heart failure, colorectal cancer, regulation cell growth, autoimmune disorders, hyperproliferative skin disorders.
