摘要: With 6 tables Abstract The objectives of this study were to evaluate the importance heterosis for agronomic and quality traits in shrunken (sh2) sweet corn, assess usefulness combining ability predict value parents their crosses further genetic improvement examine whether divergence can or F1 performance. Ten genetically diverse corn inbred lines used generate 45 F1s. F1s evaluated across environments. Heterosis was more important yield-related than it ear aspects eating quality. most mostly dependent on dominance effects parental lines. Parents F1per se performance highly correlated with general mid-parent values, respectively, traits. Hybrid flavour plant height significantly but weakly related simple sequence repeat (SSR)-based distance (GD).
