摘要: C-kanal yapisi sunan kok ve kanal sistemi, dis dizisi icinde gorulebilecek en onemli anatomik farkliliklardan bir tanesidir. Bu nedenle, kanali tedavisine baslamadan once iceren kanallarinin onceden taninmasi belirlenmesi zorunluluktur. Ozellikle alt ikinci buyuk azi dislerinde sik gorulen bu morfolojik farklilik, birinci ust azilarda da gorulur. olgu raporunun amaci, dislerindeki endodontik tedavinin anlatilmasi fuzyon koklerdeki ozelliklerin tartisilmasidir.
