摘要: Single crystalline Fe-doped ZnO nanocantilever arrays have been synthesized by thermal evaporating amorphous Zn-Fe-C-O composite powder. The characterizations of composition, structure and phonon spectrum properties the nanocantilevers performed. Arrays uniform, perfectly aligned single-crystal nanowires observed electron microscopy. results X-ray photo-electric spectra Raman provide evidence that Fe is incorporated into lattice at Zn site. Abnormally, room temperature UV emission band disappears green one has a large red-shift, intensity strongly quenched because Fe3+ enters crystal lattice.
