ARTHROGRAPHY IN CONGENITAL DISPLACEMENT OF THE HIP

摘要: 1. The technique of arthrography in congenital displacement the hip is described. No complications have been encountered a series over 200 examinations. interpretation arthrographs discussed. 2. It suggested that abnormal hips may be classified three degrees: 1) Primary instability; 2) partial without interposition soft tissue; 3) complete with tissue between head and socket. 3. Two types or dislocation are recognised: "tight" dislocation; "loose" dislocation. In latter there marked femoral head, done before reduction demonstrates fold capsule lying front inverted limbus. 4.
