摘要: AbstractIn this paper the authors compare creep and low-cycle fatigue properties of conventional, directionally solidified, single-crystal castings produced from nickel-base superalloys. A brief historical review describes reasons for evolution wrought to cast product through solidified modern (‘monocrystal’) castings. The influence microstructural variations by casting conditions, such as porosity grain size, on are illustrated. important aspects postsolidification heat treatment, hot isostatic pressing, damaging effects impurities described conventional results controlling microstructures directional solidification especially high temperature gradient demonstrated comparing materials with those conventionally alloys in long-term tests. l...
