摘要: A chromatographic method for the determination of individual phenols in water by adding a halogenating agent to water, e.g., using bromate-bromide reaction generate tribromide ions which react with form bromo-derivatives phenols, then permeate across membrane, silicone rubber into liquid extractant, dilute aqueous solution sodium hydroxide and acetonitrile, determining permeated extractant chromatography, injecting containing reverse phase system. The use membrane is essential present invention because it allows high enough concentration completely halogenate most any sample provides removal halo-derivatives from halogenation site before substantial degradation occurs relatively agent. Total as group can be determined modifying backflow chromatography eliminate potential interferences elute single peak.
