摘要: A scannable form, and a method system of use which incorporates digitally encoded symbols have identifiable centers that act as control points to permit digital image be aligned with template containing the same points. The encoding permits identification type form spatial arrangement alignment template. Preferably, are geometrically symmetrical centroids. Recognition any three centroids is sufficient allow calculate transformation parameters realign image. Due geometrical symmetry, error correction possible if incorrectly identified.
