摘要: Serum amyloid A proteins (SAA) are very sensitive acute phase proteins, displaying multiple isoforms in plasma and different body fluids. They currently under investigation as biomarkers of diseases. The aim the present study was to compare concentration isoform expression SAA serum milk cows with bacteriologically negative (control group) naturally occurring Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) subclinical mastitis (subclinical group). Somatic cell count (SCC) bacteriological analyses were performed establish control group. evaluated using a commercial ELISA kit, while (serum A-SAA M-SAA3 isoforms) visualized by denaturing isoelectrical focusing immunoblotting. concentrations sera group three 100 times higher than those from cows, respectively. Cows had more acidic most prominent one at pI 5.5. This not detected Milk samples contained abundant highly alkaline isoforms, except for that In equivalent accounted 20% total milk. There significant differences patterns between groups cows. Also, we demonstrated transferred proportion their content.
