Swedish Student-Teachers in Digital Activities: Digital Competence Through Development-Oriented Thesis Projects

摘要: This article defines attempts using development-oriented thesis projects to increase teachers’ and pupils’ digital capability. To offer a more practice-oriented focus in the teacher education, elementary school student-teachers were stimulated participate with purpose of developing school events.Thirteen carried out during 2015-2018 involved testing the student-teacher’s ability study formulate competence needs regarding digital learning at the practicum-school, as well results carrying activities for increasing competence. The investigation is based on review completed projects, process journals, presentations and discussions subsequent reports. An initial analysis thirteen development reveals two clear goal directions. One traditional knowledge goals other social goals. The outcomes clearly show that can be an effective way the digital skills teachers pupils. Projects distinct collaboration shared have reached further goal attainment than focused discrete instruction learning.When digital tools used means work another area, example, physical activity or democracy issues, developed became pronounced lasting. Digital competence is important area school activities, this shows development-oriented thesis toward successful project.
