摘要: AIM: To discuss the protective effect of electroacupunc-ture at Foot-Yangming Meridian on gastric mucosal lesion, somatostatin (SS) and expression SS receptor genes (SSR1mRNA ) in rabbits with ulcer to further explore relative specificity meridians viscera gene level. METHODS: Forty were randomly divided into control group (A), model (B), (C), Foot-Shaoyang (D) Foot-Taiyang (E). The was prepared by infusing alcohol stomach. Groups C - E treated electro-acupuncture points along above using meridian stimulating instruments for 7 days respectively. By end treatment, index determined, amount epidermal growth factor(EGF) measured radioimmunoassay (RIA). SS-R1mRNA mucosa determined RT-PCR. RESULTS: value EGF ob-viously lower(73.6 ± 14.8 vs 91.3 ± 14.9 pg/mL, P < 0.01) than that group. ulcer, content SSR1mRNA significantly higher those group(24.88 ± 6.29 8.50 ± 2.98 scores, P< 0.01; 2978.6 ± 587.6 1852.4 ± 361.7 mIU/mL, P < 0.01; 2.56± 0.25 1.04 ± 0.36, P<0.01). group(92.2 ± 6.7 73.6 ± 14.8 P  < 0.01). lower group(10.88 ± 3.23 24.88± 6.29 1800.2 ± 488 1.07 ± 0.08 2.56 ± 0.25mIU/mL, P < 0.01). Compared group, decreased (2441.0 ± 488.vs P < 0.05;1.73 ± 0.16 But parameters did not improve different from (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Electro-acupuncture can protect mocusa against injury. mechanism may be releted regulation brain-gut peptides SSR1mRNA.
