摘要: Demographic data show that major changes have been occurring in the everyday lives of families over last generation, with majority mothers young children workforce and an increasing number men women assuming caregiving responsibilities for older relatives. Thus, 2 primary identities most adults, defined by their multiple family work roles, need to be coordinated ways promote positive outcomes, returns on investments employers, societal values. Despite workforce, world is still largely organized a model increasingly rare--one stay-at-home caregiver.
