摘要: Block copolymer hydrogels are three-dimensional polymeric networks that can absorb a considerable amount of water to maintain their semisolid morphology. Chemically cross-linked which be prepared through disulfide bond formation, photopolymerization, or click chemistry, exhibit nonreversible phase transition state. In contrast, physically formed via self-assembly amphiphilic block copolymers, in response environmental stimuli, including pH and/or temperature, and show sol-gel transition. Importantly, these stimuli-sensitive physical exist as sol state prior administration, subsequently translate gel after administration under the human body condition. Consequently, have attracted significant interest for potential applications site-specific pharmaceutical (drug/protein) delivery tissue regeneration. The article focuses on synthesis, properties, biomedical stimuli-responsive reversible pH, pH/temperature, other stimulus conditions. Keywords: block copolymer; hydrogels; block copolymer; hydrogels; stimuli sensitive
