摘要: Thirty-nine samples of feeds and 79 faecal were collected at seven different dairy farms, some which the cows suffering from Listeria mastitis. Faecal also poultry on a farm cages used for transportation to slaughter. Also neck-skin taken 17 carcasses dressed poultry, five scalding chilling water slaughterhouse. Finally, 67 minced beef retail shops. The overall results show that approximately 82% feed harboured spp. 62% monocytogenes. showed 67% 51% L. In samples, could be demonstrated in monocytogenes 28%. Of 33% detected 94% 47%. Almost all faeces agglutinated antisera against serotypes 1–4, while only 71% strains same antisera. high prevalence positive findings indicates isolation method is suitable detection heavily contaminated material as well foods with low bacterial counts.
