摘要: Abstract Cells of normal human kidney, lung and skin tissues vere cultured for several months in media containing either fetal calf or plus horse sera. Fibroblastic cells became predominant all cultures. In kidney cultures epithelial-like also were present but always association with fibroblasts. The X-radiation sensitivities observed by single cell colony formation ranged from 41 to 480 rads 37 per cent survival. Individual shifted their widely time changes the epithelial fibroblast ratio. Chromosome studies indicated constancy karyotype during culture period. Radiation produced typical aberrations.
