Phyto-Mediated Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles Using Terminalia chebula Fruit Extract and Evaluation of Its Cytotoxic and Antimicrobial Potential.

摘要: The increasing interest in developing potent non-toxic drugs medicine is widening the opportunities for studying usage of nanostructures treatment various diseases. present work reports a method facile and an eco-friendly synthesis silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using Terminalia chebula fruit extract (TCE). obtained AgNPs was characterized by different spectroscopic microscopic techniques. analysis results revealed that as-obtained have spherical morphology with average diameter 22 nm. Furthermore, preliminary bioactivity evaluations bio-conjugation AgNPs, TCE, significantly enhanced antibacterial anti-breast cancer potentials latter. activity as-prepared showed B. subtilis more sensitive towards followed P. aeruginosa; while, E. coli S. mutans comparatively minimal sensitivity toward AgNPs. IC50 values TCE + MCF-7 were found to be 17.53, 14.25 6.484 µg/mL, respectively. Therefore, it can ascertained may provide headway regard therapeutic employment T. chebula, upon mechanistically understanding basis observed anticancer activities.
