摘要: Abstract The emissions of a full range polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans (PCDD/Fs) from incinerators have become significant issue in both aspects environmental public health protection. Fluidized bed (FBI) been widely used as typical technology for industrial waste treatment recent years, especially the petrochemical industry Japan, Germany, Taiwan. In response to concerns, Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) Taiwan had proposed strict limits on PCDD/Fs municipal incinerators. emission standard is 0.1 ng/Nm3, expressed 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD) toxic equivalent 17 specific dioxins furans congeners.
