摘要: The present study describes a confirmatory method for the quantitative determination in hair of most common corticosteroids illegaly used as doping agents by athletes. Corticosteroids are extracted from 50 mg powdered hairs methanolic extraction follows solid-phase on C18 cartridge. After extraction, dried residue is reconstituted with microl acetonitrile and injected liquid chromatograph. Liquid chromatography separation performed reversed-phase column binary gradient formiate buffer pH 3-acetonitrile mobile phase. Detection an electrospray ionization mass spectrometer negative ion selected-ion monitoring mode. limits sensitivity achieved 0.1 ng/mg hair. Application to sample collected during antidoping control comparison results obtain urines, same athletes at time, shows interest complementarity both matrices. Hair analysis could allow detection large period preceding control, natural administered pro-drug, like hydrocortisone acetate.
