摘要: Piezoelectrically actuated flapping-wing micro air vehicle (MAV) is an emerging technology. This paper discusses limitations of presently used voltage drivers for the piezoelectric actuators in such applications and suggests active filter-based unipolar high-voltage driver. A Chebyshev polynomial has been to extract a sinusoidal high signal from square wave driving at low frequency MAV applications. The filter based on Sallen-Key topology suitable connecting piezo-bimorph series or parallel electrical connection. We have considered application-specific bimorph actuator 40 Hz flapping 32 nF capacitance each layer design driver circuit verified by simulation results OrCAD (R) software. can control voltage, which causes wing-flapping, radio communication.
