摘要: The adenosine uptake site has been localized in rat brain by an vitro light microscopic autoradiographic method, using [3H]nitrobenzylthioinosine ( [3H]NBI) as the probe. binding characteristics of [3H]NBI on slide-mounted sections are comparable to those seen studies performed homogenates. A very high density sites occurs nucleus tractus solitarius, superficial layer superior colliculus, several thalamic nuclei, and also geniculate body nuclei. observed accumbens, caudate putamen, dorsal tegmentum area, substantia nigra, central gray. localization may provide information functional activity suggests involvement system regulation cardiovascular function.
