摘要: 1. The numbers of ethnic minority persons in the United States are increasing faster than Caucasian populations. This means that nurses will be caring for an increasingly diverse patient pool. 2. Ethnic differences have been discovered to play a role efficacy psychoactive medication. These result from number biological as well non-biological factors. 3.
