摘要: We present a non-contact manipulation method for micron scale objects using locally induced rotational fluid flows created by groups of untethered magnetic micro-manipulators. The micro-manipulators are rotated in viscous an externally generated field to create flows, which act move micro-objects the flow region. One single spherical micro-manipulator is used manipulate one object at time, while array spin synchrony on surface patterned with micro-docks reconfigurable fluidic channels simultaneous transportation multiple objects. and resulting hydrodynamic forces studied both finite element solutions analytical models from previous studies.
