摘要: Most existing Internet faxing systems, which use Simple Mail Transfer Protocol and Transmission Control as the underlying transportation layer for fax delivery, are unable to support real-time delivery traditional faxing. In this paper, an system that supports transmission of messages is described. The known RTFaxing consists two gateways: Fax-In Gateway (FIG) Fax-Out (FOG). FIG responsible reception, processing, compression fax-image data FOG through Internet. then decompresses reconstructs fax-images dispatching destination machines. Buffering mechanism, adaptive control recovery mechanism have been incorporated into minimise impact delay jitters packet loss.
