摘要: We conducted a case-control study to investigate the association of COL18A1 D104N polymorphism in development osteosarcoma Chinese population. Between May 2012 and 2014, 141 patients with pathologically proven 341 were selected into this study. Genotyping was analyzed using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) coupled restriction fragment length (RFLP). By logistic regression analysis, we found that individuals NN genotype significantly associated an increased risk when compared DD (OR=20.97, 95% CI=2.74- 933.42). In dominant model, NN+DN had 1.99 fold genotype. Moreover, correlated 20.45 DN+DD recessive model. However, did not find significant interaction be - tween Enneking stage, histological subtype, tumor metastasis loca- tion osteosarcoma. conclusion, our suggests homozygous DN genotypes
