摘要: Genes encoding melanocortin receptors have been identified, isolated, cloned and localized to their chromosomal positions. These genes used transfect mammalian cells lacking endogenous induce expression. Additionally, receptor binding, secondary signalling, tissue distribution has characterized. The gene products may therefore be provide therapeutic vehicles for the treatment of processes involving function receptors.
