摘要: We report the design and fabrication of a sensitive, specific, selective electrochemical ion (E-ION) sensor for detection Au(III). The signaling mechanism is based on interactions between Au(III) adenine; formation these complexes rigidifies methylene blue (MB)-modified oligoadenine probes, resulting in concentration-dependent reduction MB signal. dynamic range can be tuned by simply changing length DNA probe (six (A6) or 12 (A12) adenines). Independent length, both sensors have demonstrated to with limits 50 20 nM A6 A12 sensors, respectively. With further optimization, this sensing strategy may offer promising approach analyzing
