摘要: A wax distribution quantification procedure using digital image analysis and fluorescence microscopy techniques was developed for use with lignosulfonate-based emulsions. The evaluated by investigating the effect that variable application rates may have on distribution, if influences dimensional stability of flakeboard. Application flow rate pressure shown to significantly affect both 2-hour 24-hour water absorption (by weight), increased parameters resulting in decreased performance. Differences thickness swell were also seen between panels made produced standard parameters. Wax emulsion had a significant influence coverage spot size distribution. presence liquid phenol-formaldehyde flakes measured variability.
